What:  The Duty of this position is to keep in personal contact with the             leadership from at least 2 local packs. Look for the areas of the             Troops activities where the Webelos dens could be involved.

Who:   Any adult associated with the Troop. This adult would be willing
            to put in the time necessary to keep both packs updated on Troop activities.

When: A.S.A.P.- Troops should start thinking of ways to involve Packs in their             program. Liaison person should make introductory call to Cubmaster and             Webelos Leaders of packs in their local area.

Which Pack: Any 2 packs centrally located to the Troops meeting place. If Troop                       already has feeder pack(s), only 1 other pack needs to be chosen.
