You may request that the US Army Recruiting
Battalion closest to us prepare and send a Youth Certificate of Recognition
to your Scout. A small version of this very beautiful certificate is shown above.
The address and phone number for the
local US Army Recruiting Battalion office is noted below. . Write a letter to
them, including all the necessary information. Or copy the Request
Form to your word processor, paste
in the address, fill out the rest of the information and Fax it to them.
