There will be a deep void in the Central Florida Council due to the the passing of Pete Gregory.  He was on the Blue Ribbon Training Team for Cub Scout Leaders and there wasn't anything he couldn't do.

He was traveling home on Monday when a car ran him off the road.  He leaves his mother, wife, twin sister, brother and sisters, children and his scouting family.  Please keep him and his family in your prayers.

When he was a Cub Scout, we saw that he was special, so we trained his leaders.  When he became a Boy Scout, we saw that he was a special scout, so we trained his leaders.  As an adult, we saw that he was a special person, so he became a great trainer.

I suspect the Great Cubmaster needed a really great scout.  We'll see you again, friend.
