It is a great sadness that the BSA has lost a wonderful leader. His name was John Christopher Clem (Chris).
Not only was he my scoutmaster, he was my brother. He was the Scoutmaster of Troop 155, from Holy Ghost Catholic Church. He obtained numerous awards throughout his Scouting career; Eagle Scout, OA Brotherhood, Wood Badge, and a religious medal (not sure of the name.)

He was planning to attend the National Scout Jamboree, but he was called HOME just two weeks before.
On July 17, 2001 the Boy Scouts of America lost a wonderful leader and wonderful brother as I did.
