Kelsey Johnson

I have a club in Yahoo entitled Guiding On The Go. Its a club for Girl Guide and Girl Scout Leaders.

Recently one of our members lost her 7 year old daughter (also a Brownie).  She was hit by a van on May 3rd and died of her injuries.

The parents donated her organs so that others could live.

I would like to submit Kelsey Johnson, Brownie, Strasburg, Ohio into your memorial site.

Thanks Very Much

Yours in Guiding/Scouting

Hello again:

Recently I submitted a memorial for Kelsey Johnson, a Brownie from Ohio.  Her mom has written this lovely poem and was wondering if it could be added to your site in with the letter that I submitted for the
memorial?

Here is the poem.

BABY

Oh baby , how I need you here today,
To hear you laugh, to see you smile, to watch you go out and play.
You were always my little angel ,
Sent down to earth for me.
I want to let the world know,
All the things I see.

A Beautiful, Smart , and funny girl
With a big heart of gold.
Whoever got your big heart baby,
There is something they should know.
That when they laugh and when they love,
It is you people will see.

The love in your heart baby,
Was bursting at the seams.
You were my sunshine in the morning ,
And my guiding light at night.
You made my rain into sun,
And the gray skies turn bright!!

I always knew that you were an angel sent from above ,
Sharing so much joy and offering so much love.
I am glad god gave me 7 yrs ,
That I could spend with you.
If god said he would take your birth back to ease the pain,
I would not ask him to!!!

I will always keep you in my heart ,
And cherish all the memories you have given to me.
We will meet again my sweet,
Oh you wait and see, A glorious reunion between you and me!!!
Till then I know that you will be taken care of,
With gods big arms and his perfect love.
Take care sweet baby until your in my arms again!!!!
I love you so much!!!!

Love, Mommy
