I have been spending a great deal of time finding information about and for Scouting on the internet.  Today, I have found this Scout Prayer page.  It was a blessing!

I send a prayer out to a special person of Scouting who is no longer with us.  His name is Brian Gregson from Virginia Beach, VA.  He is my first cousin and sadly missed everyday.  He became an Eagle Scout at the age of 13, and was very active in scouting.  A building in memory of  him was built down by Virginia.

I currently am an Assitant Cubmaster and Den Leader to my son's Wolf troop.  I also have another son in Jr. Webelos, and a daughter in Venturing.  I also advise my daughter's Venturing crew when available.  The light for me to follow has been lit by Brian, and I pray that it also show my children the way to a brighter future as well.

I am also sending out for prayers to my Assistant Leader and her son, who is also a Wolf scout.  Her mother has been diganosed with cancer that is inoperable.  There is nothing anyone can do, and time is coming to end.

She is very close to her mother and needs support.  I feel her pain and sadness, and it is great.  Please help me to give them the strength they need.
